You agree that K9Edu has no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any content maintained or transmitted by the service. You acknowledge that K9Edu reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice, and that K9Edu shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification.

- Posting Comments
- You agree when posting comments that you will provide contact information so that any and all concerns you may have can be addressed and resolved by the business you were a patron of. - You agree that any and all comments posted by you are your opinions and do not reflect the opinions or writings stated, or implied by the creators, managers, owners, affiliates, employees or associates of http://www.k9edu-midtn.com/.
- Pet Adoptions Section / Category:
- All business or non-profits that wish to advertise in the section must meet the following criteria.
i. Must not have any convictions, or plead guilty, or plead no contest, to any animal cruelty charge or animal wrong doing charge levied by a government regulatory body.
ii. Must not be in the process of fulfilling legal requirements as dictated by a court order, magistrate or regulatory body to begin or continue the work of your organization.
iii. Must not employee or accept volunteers that have been convicted of any animal cruelty or neglect charge.
iv. Must not have had animals seized from your care by government authorities for any reason. Voluntary surrendering is not considered a forced or court ordered seizure.
v. Must maintain a facility that meets all local statues, regulations, laws or common laws as pertains to sanitary conditions and animal well fare.
vi. Any and all facilities housing animals should be made available to inspection from law and regulatory enforcement agents.
vii. All animals adopted from your organization must be sterilized or as determined by a doctor of veterinarian medicine, the act of sterilization would be a serious risk to the mortality of the animal and the animal should be left in tact.
